<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-06-190 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR SALT SHED STORAGE BUILDING AT THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS CAMPUS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution #05-12-418 on December 13, 2005 <br />adopting the City of Ramsey's 2006-2010 Capital hnprovement Program with a project entitled <br />"Project #04-BLDG-0005" with a budget of$150,0000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2006 City Council ratified the recommendation of the Public <br />Works Committee recommending to approve CIP Project 04-BLDG-005 with funding <br />implementation as follows: $100,000 from the Public Improvement Revolving Fund (PIRF), and <br />$65,000 from the Public Facility Fund (PFF). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which will be made available, <br />and made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bids is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 06-06-190 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
