<br />. <br /> <br />9.20.25 <br /> <br />I Industrial District <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Intent: To accommodate general industrial activities. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and performance <br />standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Manufacturing. <br /> <br />b. Research labs. <br /> <br />c. Testing labs. <br />d. Offices. <br />e. Supply yards. <br />f. Warehousing. <br />g. Truck terminals. <br />h. Athletic facilities/fitness centers. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to <br />the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor <br />space of the principal use. <br /> <br />b. Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br />required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br />e. Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use, provided that: <br /> <br />1. Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br />approval ofthe Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />2. This use does not take up parking space or loading area as <br />required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by 99.03.04 ofthis Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Open and outdoor storage as a principal use, provided that: <br /> <br />1. Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />2.
