Standards <br /> <br />Lot Area and Density: .............................................Minimum lot areas vary by district in accord <br />with the following schedule except 2-112 <br />acre lots shall be buildable lots if the lot was <br />a lot of record prior to January 1, 1990 or if <br />the lot was a lot of record prior to April 28, <br />1972; minimum lot area is one acre. <br /> <br />Urban Reserve Area <br />Minimum Lot Sizes: ............................................Ten acres outside the Metropolitan Council <br />(MC) approved Metropolitan Urban Service <br />Area (MUS A) but within the City's <br />designated Urban Area with a maximum <br />density of 4 units per 40 acres on the pro <br />rata basis. <br /> <br />Rural Transition Area <br />Minimum Lot Size: ..............................................Two and 2.5 acres in the area between the <br />City's designated Urban Area and Trott <br />Book with a a maximum density of 4 units <br />per 40 acres on a pro rata basis. <br /> <br />Rural Service Area <br />Minimum Lot Size: ..............................................Ten acres in the area which is north of Trott <br />Brook with a maximum density of 4 units <br />per 40 acres on a pro rata basis. <br /> <br />Mississippi Critical River District <br /> <br />33 <br />
