<br />ARTICLE XI <br />ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Section 11.1 Conflict of Interests: Representatives Not Individually Liable. No City <br />officer who is authorized to take part in any manner in making this Agreement in his or her official <br />capacity shall voluntarily have a personal fmancial interest in this Agreement or benefit financially <br />therefrom. No member, official, or employee of the City shall be personally liable to Developer, <br />or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount <br />which may become due to the Developer or successor or on any obligations under the terms of this <br />Agreement. . <br /> <br />Section 11.2 Agreement Recorded. This Agreement shall run with the Development <br />Property until the Maturity Date and shall be recorded by the City in the Office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 11.3 Non-Discrimination. During the life of this contract, the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, ~ 181.59 which relate to civil rights and non-discrimination, and any <br />affrrmative action program of the City, shall be considered c. part of this Agreement and binding on <br />the Developer as though fully set forth herein. <br /> <br />Section 11.4 Amendment. This Agreement may be amended by the parties hereto only <br />by written instrument executed in accordance with the same procedures and formality followed for <br />the execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 11.5 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which shall constitute one and the same instrument <br /> <br />Section 11.6 Notices and Demands.
