(Concept A) <br /> <br />--or-- <br /> <br />A town center that starts from the ground up and provides in addition to the basic service <br />needs of Ramsey residents, commercial and retail shopping, restaurants and <br />entertainment. (Concept B) <br /> <br />Mississippi River Crossin!! <br /> <br />A river crossing that provides the most efficient and convenient access to the <br />Metropolitan Area for Ramsey residents. (Concept B) <br /> <br />--or-- <br /> <br />A river crossing that diverts traffic from traveling through the City of Ramsey and has <br />less impact on existing development and parkland. (Concept A) <br /> <br />Rural Patterns <br /> <br />Smaller lot sizes in the rural area (to the extent that private septic systems can be <br />constructed) that enables clustering of housing units to preserve larger contiguous areas <br />of open space or natural resources (overall densities would be in the range of 2 to 5 units <br />per acre). (Concept B) <br /> <br />--or-- <br /> <br />Larger lot sizes in the rural area. Overall housing density would be 1 unit per 10 acres. <br />Most open space would be privately owned.
