<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # 0_, a variance to construct an accessory building that will <br />house animals within 10 feet of a side property line and 75 feet a property Hneis hereby <br />granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory building shall be constructed at least 75 feet from the west property line <br />and 50 feet from the Permittee's residence. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory building and no building permit shall be issued until City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled. <br /> <br />4. That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and stabling horses; <br />no commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />5.
