<br />9. That similar variances have been granted in the R-1 Rural Residential District in the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />10. That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicants have stated that such variance is necessary for the preservation of a <br />substantial property right similar to that possessed by other properties in the R-1 Residential <br />District. '. <br /> <br />12. That, if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicants any special privilege that is <br />denied to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />13. That, if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R -1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />14. That, if granted, the variance will/will not substantially increase the congestion of public <br />streets, or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 1st day of April, 1997. <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />La <br />
