<br />9. That similar variances have been granted in the R-1 Rural Residential District in the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />10. That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicants have stated that such variance is necessary for the preservation of a <br />substantial property right similar to that possessed by other properties in the R-1 Residential <br />District. '. <br /> <br />12. That, if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicants any special privilege that is <br />denied to other owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />13. That, if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R -1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />14.
