<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of the request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment based on <br />Staff's interpretation of the criteria listed in the Interim Policy, and the appropriateness of using <br />twinhomes asa buffer between the existing commercial businesses and the existing single-family <br />homes to the south and east. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the request and <br />authorizing staff to submit the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Metropolitan Council, <br />contingent on approval of the request for Zoning Amendment, preliminary plat approval, and <br />preliminary site plan approval. <br /> <br />;.,or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council deny the request for a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Community Development Director <br />Asst.
