Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #05 -09 -312 <br />RESOLUTIONAPPROVING THE PROPOSED 2006, PAYABLE 2007, EDA TAX LEVY <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />ATTEST: <br />That the following proposed levy for certified 2006, payable 2007, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br />RECOMMENDED EDA LEVY $ 393,375 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $ 393,375 <br />That the City Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka <br />County Auditor's Office on or before Friday, September 15, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 1 lth day of September, 2006. <br />Mayor <br />• <br />
