We are recommending that the formal adoption occur at the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2006. The public hearing dates must be certified to Anoka County by Friday, September 15, - 2006; therefore, the City Council must make a decision as to the dates selected for the 2007 public hearing(s) at tonights meeting.
