The City of Ramsey is <br />experiencing steady growth. It is never too early to foster a tradition of comprehensive <br />planning to address projected problems before they become problems. <br /> <br />Another incentive for a comprehensive approach is that the City of Ramsey is not yet large <br />enough to suffer from the extensive communication barriers that exist between the <br />municipal departments of larger cities. A comprehensive planning project such as <br />amending the comprehensive plan can serve to isolate and resolve such problems before <br />they grow. <br /> <br />13 <br />
