CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 12/10/2024 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />6. 8. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #24-352 Approving Final Payment to Sir Lines -A -Lot for Improvement Project #24-10, 2024 <br />MSA Pavement Marking Improvements. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Resolution and Pay Request Attached. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following items from Sir Lines -A -Lot: <br />1. IC-134 (Contractor's Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statute <br />290.92 requiring withholding state income tax). <br />2.
