Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-355 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR MSA SUNWOOD DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-02 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Municipal State Aid (MSA) Sunwood Drive between Nowthen Boulevard (CSAH 5) and Erkium Street as identified within the 2025 — 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-138, adopted May 28, 2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson, for topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $1,600.00; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-220, adopted August 12, 2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc., for a geotechnical report of the project area in the amount of $4,075.00; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-309, adopted November 12, 2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal of Hydro-Klean, LLC, for sewer cleaning and televising of the project area in the amount of $8,384.80; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-338, adopted November 26, 2024, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for MSA Sunwood Drive Reconstruction, Improvement Project #25-02; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising for bids for MSA Sunwood Drive Reconstruction, Improvement Project #25-02. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City Improvement Project #25-02, MSA Sunwood Drive Reconstruction. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
