WHEREAS, the City has the capability to fund the remaining costs for the proposed Rivers <br />Bend Regional Stormwater Improvements project using storm water management funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka Conservation District requires the City of Ramsey to enter into a <br />Natural Resource Improvement Grant Agreement committing the city to specific operational and <br />maintenance activities to ensure the long-term success of the stormwater improvements <br />constructed under City Improvement Project #25-01. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the Natural <br />Resource Improvement Grant Agreement with the Anoka Conservation District for and <br />on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of December, 2024. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #24-357 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
