Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #24-358 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES <br />MAINTENANCE POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council recognizes the importance of proactively <br />maintaining the City' s stormwater management facilities to cost-effectively preserve City <br />infrastructure and protect public health and safety, and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey City staff prepared a draft Stonnwater Management Facilities <br />Maintenance Policy, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney reviewed the draft Stormwater Management Facilities <br />Maintenance Policy and approved it as to legal form; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee reviewed the draft Stormwater Management <br />Facilities Maintenance Policy and recommends approval of said Policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Stormwater Management Facilities <br />Maintenance Policy dated December 10, 2024. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
