Expenses <br />The City will not reimburse the employee for expenses incurred to participate in <br />telecommuting. This includes costs related to equipment, utilities, supplies, and furniture. <br />However, the City will provide a reasonable supply of basic office items, such as pens, paper, <br />post -it notes, and paper clips, for use by the telecommuter. <br />Travel time from the employee's home to the regular workplace is not compensable, even if the <br />employee is schedule to telecommute on the same day. <br />81 <br />
