This unit is also equipped to function as a mobile command post during emergency incidents. The vehicle will be 13 years ols at the <br />time of replacement. The Fire Department attempts to keep the Administrative Captain vehicle on a 7-year replacement cycle for the purpose of maintaining a reliable piece of equipment and limiting repair cost.
