This project discusses an observation deck at the top of the bluff over the existing storm sewer easement, concurrent with the <br />residential development of the land there. <br />Justification <br />This access may provide improved maintenance to the storm outlet, but the primary public value would be to maintain contact with the river by residents for the remarkable view, and as a rest point along the National, Mississippi <br />River Trail.
