Both are very attractive, wooded parcels and connected to existing trail corridors. This project may entail the donation <br />of the land in exchange for passive improvements such as trails, picnic areas or fishing platforms. <br />Justification <br />The associations would benefit by realizing these amenities near their homes. The $20,000 expense represents an estimate for real-estate transaction costs, and perhaps park planning to promote the donation.
