<br />City of Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />Land Use Element <br /> <br />2.3 LAND USE MAP <br /> <br />The City has not had a land use map in the past. The zoning map has been relied upon for <br />phasing development by allowing higher density residential development only in the urban <br />service area. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Land Use Map is created as an integral part of the Comprehensive <br />Plan. The Land Use Map identifies three land use designations: Single Family Residential, <br />Mixed Residential, and CommerciallIndustrial. It is intended that the R-I Rural Industrial zoning <br />district will be deleted from the Zoning Chapter. <br /> <br />Figure 2-7 is the new Land Use Map.
