<br />Dry of Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />Transportation Element <br /> <br />Travel Demand and Road Level of Service <br /> <br />TH 10 Land Use and Trip Generation <br /> <br />Maintaining an acceptable Level of Service on TH 10 is a major goal of the Metropolitan Council, <br />Mn/DOT, and the City of Ramsey. An important factor affecting TH 10 Level of Service is the <br />trip generation potential of Ramsey's designated land uses north ofTH 10, and between CR 83 <br />and CR 56. To address this issue analysis was conducted to determine the trip generating <br />potential of the land use designations recommended in Section 2.0 of this document. Further <br />analysis was conducted to compare the existing and recommended trip generation potentials. <br /> <br />Table 3-4 shows the results of this analysis. <br /> <br />Page 3-23 <br />
