The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Dolphin Real Estate Partnership for a minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to modify the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUS A) boundary to include an additional three (3) acres of property generally located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection ofC.S.A.R. #56 and T.R. #10 and legally described as follows: That part of Lot 7, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of said lot; thence northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said lot a distance of 770 feet; thence north and parallel with the East line of said lot to the Northeasterly line of said lot; thence southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 350 feet to the actual Point of Beginning; thence south and parallel with said East line to said Southwesterly line; thence southeasterly along said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence north and parallel with said East line to said Northeasterly line; thence northwesterly along said Northeasterly line to the Point of Beginning.
