<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Monday, June 22, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Dolphin Real Estate Partnership for a <br />minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to modify the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUS A) <br />boundary to include an additional three (3) acres of property generally located at the northwest <br />quadrant of the intersection ofC.S.A.R. #56 and T.R. #10 and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of said lot; thence <br />northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said lot a distance of 770 feet; thence north <br />and parallel with the East line of said lot to the Northeasterly line of said lot; thence <br />southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 350 feet to the actual Point of <br />Beginning; thence south and parallel with said East line to said Southwesterly line; thence <br />southeasterly along said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence north and <br />parallel with said East line to said Northeasterly line; thence northwesterly along said <br />Northeasterly line to the Point of Beginning. Subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of said lot; thence north 0 <br />degrees 3 minutes 28 seconds east along the East line of said lot a distance of367.87 feet <br />to the Point of Beginning of a line also known as Line "A"; thence southwesterly to a <br />point on the Southwesterly line of said lot a distance of 111.9 feet northwesterly, as <br />measured along the Southwesterly line of said lot, from Point on Center and said Line A <br />there terminating; thence northwesterly along said Southwesterly line a distance of 658.1 <br />feet; thence north and parallel with the East line of said lot to the intersection with the <br />Northeasterly line of said lot; thence southeasterly along said Northeasterly line a <br />distance of 350 feet; thence south and parallel with the East line of said lot to the <br />intersection with said Southwesterly line; thence southeasterly along the said <br />Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence north and <br />parallel with said East line to the intersection with said Northeasterly line; thence <br />southeasterly along said Northeasterly line a distance of 107.14 feet; thence south and <br />parallel with said East line a distance of 177.43 feet; thence east and parallel with the <br />South line of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, to the intersection with said Line "A"; <br />
