Trunk Highway #10 is the only highway in the City which is part of the <br />Metropolitan Highway System (Figure 9). The County's'2010 plan indicates that T.H. #10 is <br />operating at a "0" or better level of service through Ramsey. No capacity improvements are <br />planned for T.H. #10 through the year 2010. The City has begun implementation of a frontage <br />road system on the south side of T.H. #10 with a similar frontage road planned to serve the <br />north side. The frontage roads should help to alleviate traffic congestion by minimizing access <br />points, limiting movements at uncontrolled intersections, and eliminating a significant number <br />of short trips on T.H. #10. <br /> <br />1 7 <br />
