It is <br />approximately 19 acres and the PIN # is R24 32 25 32 0021. <br /> <br />As you and I have have discussed on previous occasions, the owners want to initiate development <br />of this property soon. In order to do so, it would require a MUSA expansion by the Metropolitan <br />Council. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that the City of Ramsey may submit a MUSA expansion request within the <br />next few months.
