The first is in regard to changing <br />PIN }129~32~25-21-0001 and PIN 1129-32-25-12-0001 from commercial! <br />industrial status to, agricultural or residential status. 'As you <br />are probably not aware, this land has no water/s~wer or natural <br />gas service, and has very limited to poor access for commercial <br />use. At one time this property had acceSs ,across 'the railroad <br />track, but the city closed it. In order to access the property, <br />commercial vehicles would have to go west,from Armstrong Blvd. on <br />153rd to Puma St~, and then south on Puma St, one-half mile which <br />is gravel. As you can understand, it is not very desirable for <br />industrial use. <br /> <br />Second, I am requesting a sewer line extension to this property. <br />Twou1d like to develop this land along with an adjoining acreage <br />which I also own.
