The additional day should not impact the City's plans. <br /> <br />In reviewing the proposed MUSA expansion, it appears that the total acreage set to enter the <br />MUSA would be 1,455 acres (per transmittal letter from MUSA expansion submitted March 11, <br />1994). As also stated in this letter, the City Council will be considering an ordinance incorporating <br />the language that Mr. Case has recommended regarding notification for structures over 200 feet in <br />December, 1994. This ordinance should become effective in January, 1995. The current MUSA <br />expansion includes 442 acres that could be developed. <br /> <br />Included is the information you requested: <br /> <br />1) Reproducible 11" x 17" zoning map <br />2) On-site septic system inspection procedures for Mr. Larsen <br /> <br />This information should answer your questions about the MUS A expansion.
