Recommend that the city updatej~, Tier n Comprehensive Sewer Plan to include the <br />revisions requested in the former Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's March 23, <br />1994 letter reviewing this amendment, and submit the revised document to the Council for <br />review and comment. <br /> <br />4. Recommend that the city of Ramsey negotiate with the Council an acceptable housing <br />agreement designed to implement the Council's policies providing for life-cycle and <br />affordable housing. <br /> <br />5. Recommend that when the city of Ramsey adopts the airspace height protection ordinance <br />early in 1995 a copy ,be sent to the Council. <br /> <br />3 <br />
