Pressure Distribution <br />1. Pressure distribution laterals shall be sized as shown <br />in Table I. <br />2. Laterals shall be spaced no further than 20 inches from <br />a trench or bed wall. <br />3. Laterals shall be spaced no further than 40 inches <br />apart. <br />4. Laterals shall be connected to a header pipe which is at <br />least one and one -half and no more than two inches in <br />diameter. <br />DOSING <br />5. The dosing chamber shall be watertight and constructed <br />of sound and durable materials not subject to excessive corrosion <br />or decay. <br />2. There shall be one (1) or more manholes, at least twenty <br />(20) inches in dimension, and preferably located directly above <br />the dosing device. The manhole shall extend through the dosing <br />chamber cover to final grade and shall be so constructed as to <br />prevent unauthorized entry. <br />3. The size of the effluent dose shall be determined by <br />design of the soil treatment unit, but in no case shall the <br />dosing chamber be sized to provide a dose of less than seventy - <br />five (75) gallons. <br />Dosing Devices For Gravity Distribution <br />1.
