ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE NO, 84 -7 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDMENT To Chapter 210.01 which is known as the "Street <br />Assessment" Chapter of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 210.01 of the City Code of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. Amendment <br />Chapter 210.01 Street Assessment is hereby amended by the <br />addition of the following: <br />210.02 <br />WATER AND . SEWER UTILITIES <br />Preface: This ordinance is adopted pursuant to Chapter <br />11, Section 11.01 of the Ramsey City Charter and is intended to <br />satisfy the requirements of said Section 11.01. <br />The intent of this Ordinance is to indentify any municipal <br />Water and Sanitary Sewer Systems in the City of Ramsey as <br />public utilities and to properly provide for the operation of <br />the public utilities and to provide for an accounting of the <br />utilities revenues and expenditures. <br />210.021 Definitions. The following terms are <br />all defined in this Ordinance: <br />1. Muncipal Water Systems <br />2. Sewage <br />3. Sewer <br />4. Public Sewer <br />S. Industrial Wastes <br />6. Sanitary Sewer <br />7. City <br />8. Person <br />9. Individaul Sewage Disposal System <br />10. Designated Low Lots <br />
