Should the City <br />Council deny the petition for conditional use permit, all <br />such persons shall immediately cease their business <br />activities from such residential premises. <br /> <br />170.015K MANUFACTURED HOUSING <br />Manufactured houses may be located within residential zoning <br />districts within the city upon compliance with the following <br />conditions and upon compliance with all other conditions of the <br />City Code except those city Code conditions which may be at <br />variance with the following condit~ons: <br /> <br />1. Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning <br />regulations for the zone in which they are located. <br /> <br />2. A building permit and any other required permits shall <br />be obtained for such manufactured housing. <br /> <br />3. Manufactured houses shall have minimum floor areas as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. One Familv Structures <br />One family structures shall have at least three (3) <br />habitable rooms, as defined by the State Building <br />Code, and the overall dimensions shall contain the <br />following minimum areas including foyers and <br />exclusive of garages and be no less than 24 feet in <br />any nominal dimension: <br /> <br />Rambler without garage <br /> <br />912 square feet on <br />main living- floor <br /> <br />Split level without garage <br /> <br />912-square feet on <br />main living floor <br /> <br />Full two story with or wi thout- <br />garage, exclusive of lofts, <br />balconies and any other <br />similar construction <br /> <br />720 square feet <br />per floor <br /> <br />13 <br />
