(6121427-1410 <br /> <br />July 14, 1989 <br /> <br />Doug Uhrhammer <br />Anoka Electric Cooperative <br />2022 North Ferry Street <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />MUSA Expansion <br /> <br />Doug Uhrhammer: <br /> <br />On July 13, 1989, the Metropolitan Council approved the expansion of the MUSA 2000 <br />Boundary in the City of Ramsey. Phase I expansion will consist of 200 acres. Once the City has <br />adopted and put into effect ordinances regulating four in forty zoning density for residential <br />development and a few ordinances regarding septic systems and sanitary systems the City will <br />receive an addition 205 acres of MUSA. We anticipate that the additional 205 acres (Phase II <br />expansion) will be received early in the year 1990.
