Paul, MN 55101 <br /> <br />Re: Supplemental Information for City of Ramsey <br />MUSA Expansion <br /> <br />Dear Steve: <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following additional items for your review of the <br />comprehensive plan amendment: <br /> <br />1) Copy of proposed resolution indicating intent to zone <br />4/40 - Action anticipated 5/23/89 by City Council <br /> <br />2) Copy of sewer connection ordinance <br />3) Map showing existing sanitary sewer in city <br /> <br />4) Definition of sanitary sewer availability per Ed Bloom <br />5/23/89 <br /> <br />5) city map delineating MUSA 2000 expansion area, City's <br />designated urban area, MWCC boundary <br /> <br />Documents 2, 3 & 4 indicate that the City is, in fact, in <br />compliance with Met Council pOlicy regarding connection to pUblic <br />sanitary sewer within the MUSA. All development within Flintwood <br />Hills II and Rivers Bend is connected (Rum River Interceptor). A <br />portion of sanitary sewer was completed in 1988 and a large portion <br />of the system is being closed out this year (Mississippi River <br />Interceptor) .
