(Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #88-53) . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilnanber Cox. <br /> <br />Case #19: Case Of Lots 11 And 12. Auditor's SUbdivision #27: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Mr. Elvin Erickson purchased Lot 11, Auditor's <br />SUbdivision #27. The City CMnS Lot 12 and Mr. Erickson needs an access <br />easement across that lot. Council authorized that easement in 1978 but it <br />was never followed up. <br /> <br />~tion by Councilnenber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />grant an access easement across Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision #27 for the <br />purpose of providing access to Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision #27, the legal <br />description for said precise easement to be that shown on the attached <br />survey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmernber Cox. <br /> <br />Case #20: Hamilton/Holasek And Laws Property Acquisition Proceedings: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that in negotiations, the Holaseks/Hamiltons have <br />indicated they are willing to provide easements for utilities and street <br />improvements south of Hwy. #10 at a rate of $2S,000/acre provide the City <br />assures that there will be no assessments beyond those outlined in <br />negotiations. <br /> <br />Vntion by Councilnenber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson <br />indicating that the City agrees to pay on a negotiated basis the sum of <br />$2S,000/acreto the Hamiltons/Holaseks for the property to be acquired by <br />fee title for permanent easement and to pay for the temporary construction <br />easements at the rate of $2S00/acre and to assure the landowners that the <br />assessments for the improvements outlined during negotiations by the City <br />will not be exceeded. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: ~1ayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.
