;- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the City of Ramsey's request for an adjustment to the Comprehensive Plan to include the following areas in the 1990 MUSA boundary: 1. That area generally known as Cedar Hills and legally described as follows: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, and the north 504.50 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. 2. That area generally known as Chestnut Hills and legally described as follows: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota. -and- That part of the south 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 984.60 feet thereof and the East 100 feet of the West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North of the South 330 feet thereof and South of Sunfish Lake Drive as so laid out and established. Except that portion of the East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying North and East of a line drawn at right angles from a point which lies 100 feet from the Northwest comer of said East 100 feet of West 1,084.60 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 as measured along the South and East right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Drive as now laid out. -and- The West 450 feet of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. 3. That area generally known as Juniper Woods and legally described as follows: Outlot B, Rum Acres Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. 4. That area legally described as follows: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter East of St. Francis Blvd. N.W.
