<br />Case #12: Request For Adoption Of EA W Findings Of Fact And Issuing <br />Negative Declaration For Need Of EIS On Windemere Woods <br />Addition: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that City Staff recommends a negative declaration for the need of an <br />Environmental Impact Statement on Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills and Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-04-83 approving EA W Findings of Fact #0250 and issuing a negative <br />declaration for the need of an EIS on Windemere Woods Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Request For Adoption Of EA W Findings Of Fact And Issuing <br />Negative Declaration For Need Of EIS On Chestnut Hills <br />Addition: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #89-04-84 approving EA W Findings of Fact #0251 and issuing a negative <br />declaration for the need of an EIS on Chestnut Hills Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: MUSA Exchange Update: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that a separate amendment to the MUSA 2000 amendment has been <br />prepared and submitted to Metro Council to remove Ramsey Terrace, Flintwood Hills, <br />Pondvale Estates and an area east of Pondvale from the 1990 MUSA area and include <br />Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and Juniper Ridge in the 1990 MUSA area. Planning and <br />Zoning has scheduled a public hearing for May 2. <br /> <br />Case #16: Site PElS Draft Review: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that Wenck Associates have reviewed and reported inconsistencies with the <br />technical drafts of the hydrogeologic chapter of the Site PElS. City Staff recommends that <br />City Council accept the review comments for transmittal to Anoka County, request a <br />minimum of two copies be transmitted for future chapter reviews, and establish a project <br />team regarding Site P. <br /> <br />City CounciVApril25, 1989 <br />Page 14 of 17 <br /> <br />\ <br />
