Monitored <br />results should be reported to the Metropolitan Council on an annual basis. <br /> <br />6. That the city of Ramsey should limit the number of additional connections <br />tributary to the Anoka WWTP to 500 RECs beginning in January 1989. <br /> <br />7. That the MWCC evaluate the feasibility of an early phaseout of the Anoka <br />WWTP and completion of the Minneapolis East interceptor and take <br />appropriate steps to implement the most effective and cost efficient <br />solution. <br /> <br />8. . That the city revise its comprehensive plan to expressly prohibit <br />commercial/in1ustrial development from using .prfv~ te:~tl."';si 1;.e sys.tems within <br />the MUSA. The city's comprehensive sewer policy and comprehensive sewer plan should <br />be revised to be consistent with its comprehensive plan amendment and <br />include a plan for the staged expansion of municipal sewer service and new <br />forecasts for the year 2000 and 2010. <br /> <br />10. That the city of Ramsey indicate as an amendment to their comprehensive <br />plan a potential regional trail corridor along the Mississippi River. <br /> <br />11. That the city's proposal for a Mississippi River bridge crossing and the <br />proposed Anoka/Hennepin Thoroughfare is inconsistent with the Metropolitan <br />Council's TransDortation Development Guide/Polic~ Plan and the <br />MetroDolitan Development and Investment Framework. <br /> <br />12. That the city's cQmprehensive plan amendment implementing the above- <br />referenced city resolutions also include an evaluation of the potential <br />impacts planned land use will. have on the metropolitan highway system. <br />Land use strategies should b~developed in conjunction with highway system <br />management strategies to ensure that locally generated traffic does not <br />exceed the metropolitan highway system capacity. This evaluation of <br />highway impacts must be complete before the final 205 acre MUSA extension <br />is approved. <br /> <br />13. That the city be strongly encouraged to continue development of a frontage <br />road along TH 10 for the purpose of relieving congestion created by local <br />traffic. <br /> <br />14. That the city ensure compatible land uses within the current airport safety <br />zone "A," and future airport safety zones if the airport facility is <br />expanded. - .. <br />
