Galvanized finishes shall <br />not be permitted. <br />FENCES <br />Fencing other than for solely decorative purposes shall be <br />restricted to side and rear yards. Maximum fence heights shall be <br />eight feet. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CRITICAL RIVERS REGULATIONS <br />Certain areas in the R1R district are located within Environmental <br />Protection and Critical Rivers areas and are subject to additional <br />regulations specified in Section 170.018. FLOOD PLAIN REGULATIONS <br />Certain areas in the R1R district are located within designated <br />Flood Plains and are subject to additional regulations as specified <br />in Section 170.019. <br />SCENIC RIVERS REGULATIONS <br />Certain areas in the R1R district are located within Scenic Rivers <br />areas and are subject to additional regulations as specified in <br />Section 170.0110. <br />20 <br />
