ORDINANCE 88- 11 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANCEtA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNF�SGrA <br />A,MMOMENr TO CHAPTER 170.0112 (ORDINANCE" #85 -2) WHICH IS KNOWN AS <br />THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />M msarA. <br />AN.ORDINANCE- iMENDING SECTIONS 170.0112E (D) (2) (p) and 170.0112G <br />OF THE CITY CCCE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />The-City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: <br />SECTION 1. ,A ENDMENT <br />Section 170.0112E Subsection (D) Subsection (2) Paragraph (p) is <br />amended to read as follows: , <br />Sufficient right -of -way shall be provided to the City as <br />determined by the City Engineer to allow for a paved roadway <br />or future street and a separate eight foot wide paved river <br />trail corridor within the right -of -way and the Critical Area <br />District.
