Presentation <br />Planning Manager Larson presented the Staff Report stating that staff recommends adoption of the <br />2025 calendar. <br />Commission Business <br />Commissioner Heineman commented that he does agree with the alternative dates as proposed for <br />those months that would have a conflict with a holiday or other event. <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to approve the 2025 <br />Planning Commission calendar. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Gengler, Commissioners VanScoy, Anderson, <br />Heineman, Hunt, and Peters. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Bauer. <br />8. COMMISSION / STAFF INPUT <br />Commissioner Anderson commented that he would be attending the November meeting remotely. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Gengler, Commissioners Anderson, VanScoy, <br />Heineman, Hunt, and Peters. Voting No: None.
