Benshoof & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1982 to provide specialized services in traffic engineering, transportation and transit planning. The Staff of Benshoof & Associates has provided transportation services and developed sound working relationships with a variety of private firms and governmental agencies. The firm serves as on-going traffic engineering consultants for the Cities of Hopkins and Minnetonka and performs in a similar capacity for several private organizations. By the end of 1997, the Benshoof firm had completed over 130 projects for 25 different communities and also had performed services for the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The firm has completed projects in the States of California, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The firm's micro-computer system includes current software for performing traffic engineering and transportation planning analysis including: parking studies, traffic forecasts, traffic performance at intersections, signal system warrant analysis, and traffic performance along roadway segments. Decision Resources Ltd. Decision Resources Ltd., is a full-service survey and market research firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Incorporated in 1993, DRL specializes in public opinion studies for municipalities, counties, and school districts, corporate issues management, and political campaigns. The company has extensive experience in both the Metropolitan Area and Greater Minnesota. It has recently completed studies in Greater Minnesota for the City of Buffalo and Buffalo Township, Buffalo Public Schools, Alexandria Public Schools, and Sauk Rapids- Rice Public Schools, as well as Metropolitan Area studies for the Cities of Woodbury, Bayport, Lakeville, Washington County, and the Farmington, Chisago Lakes Area, and Edina Public Schools.
