It will include graphic <br />illustrations of concepts for patterns and key features that <br />reflect Ramsey's spirit and character in both built and natural <br />elements. <br /> <br />5.4 Conduct a Community-wide meeting to include all of the <br />visioning session participants and the general public to discuss <br />the growth projections, the alternative concept plans and the <br />major policies that may ultimately be the essence of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this session will be to <br />take input while the plans are still in the formative concept <br />stage. <br /> <br />5.5 Meet with City staff to review the concepts. Two meetings <br />estimated. <br /> <br />5.6 Meet with the Planning Commission and Staff to evaluate <br />the options and select one for further development during <br />Task 6.0. <br /> <br />5.7 Brief the City Council on the possible alternative growth <br />scenarios (optional) and significant public policies so that they <br />might have an opportunity to benefit from public input and <br />begin to shape the direction that the consultant and City staff <br />will pursue. <br /> <br />6.0 Prepare the Draft Plan, Strategies and Ordinances <br /> <br />The purpose of this task will be to prepare the written and <br />graphic comprehensive plan document in draft form and the <br />Critical River Area and Shore land Ordinances. <br /> <br />Subtasks will include the following: <br /> <br />6.1 Detailing of the land use, transportation and environmental <br />protection plans. <br /> <br />6.2 Preparation of the written draft comprehensive plan including, <br />but not limited to, the following contents: <br /> <br />· Introduction and purpose <br />· Regional and historical setting <br />· Background <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Hoisington Koegler Group Inc. <br /> <br />[;JIB <br />(gU <br /> <br />page <br />39 <br />
