It will include graphic illustrations of concepts for patterns and key features that reflect Ramsey's spirit and character in both built and natural elements. 5.4 Conduct a Community-wide meeting to include all of the visioning session participants and the general public to discuss the growth projections, the alternative concept plans and the major policies that may ultimately be the essence of the Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this session will be to take input while the plans are still in the formative concept stage. 5.5 Meet with City staff to review the concepts. Two meetings estimated. 5.6 Meet with the Planning Commission and Staff to evaluate the options and select one for further development during Task 6.0. 5.7 Brief the City Council on the possible alternative growth scenarios (optional) and significant public policies so that they might have an opportunity to benefit from public input and begin to shape the direction that the consultant and City staff will pursue. 6.0 Prepare the Draft Plan, Strategies and Ordinances The purpose of this task will be to prepare the written and graphic comprehensive plan document in draft form and the Critical River Area and Shore land Ordinances. Subtasks will include the following: 6.1 Detailing of the land use, transportation and environmental protection plans. 6.2 Preparation of the written draft comprehensive plan including, but not limited to, the following contents: · Introduction and purpose · Regional and historical setting · Background I I Hoisington Koegler Group Inc.
