Charter would be open to hearing some of those instances within the Charter he has identified to <br />consider amendment to better match the standard practice. He noted that there are not many <br />instances they have identified, but some of them are simply outdated from the time they were <br />enacted in 1974. <br />The Commission agreed. <br />8.
