Minnesota 55303.6197 <br /> <br />RE: Contract for Comprehensive Planning Services <br /> <br />Attention: Ryan Schroeder, Administrator <br /> <br />This letter proposal outlines a Scope of Services, Fee Schedule and other elements which <br />together constitute an agreement between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereinafter referred to <br />as the CITY, and HOISIN'GTON KOEGLER GROUP IN'c., hereinafter referred to a<; the <br />CONSULTANT, for professional planning services authorized to assist the City with the <br />updating of iL~ Comprehensive Plan, hereinafter referred to as the PROJECT. <br /> <br />The CITY and CONSULTANT agree as set forth below: <br /> <br />A. WORK PLAN <br /> <br />1.0 Define the Context <br /> <br />The purposes of this task will be to identify the existing character and patterns that define <br />the City of Ramsey and develop an understanding of opportunities and challenges. Here <br />we will answer the question, "What Is This Place?" <br /> <br />Subtasks include the following: <br /> <br />1.1 Base maopinlt. Using digital infonnation provided by the County or City the <br />consultant will prepare a base map to be used for the illustration of existing <br />conditions) the analysis and plans. <br /> <br />1.2 Meeting with Metropolitan Council Staff.
