Metropolitan Council <br />Working for the Region, Planning for the Future <br />April 20, 1998 <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />RE: Mid -Point Progress Report Planning Grant # SG97130 <br />Dear Mr. Jim Norman; <br />You recently received a grant from the Metropolitan Council in the amount of $ 11830. to <br />update your comprehensive plan by the end of 1998. The grant agreement between <br />Ramsey and the Council requires a written Midpoint Progress Report. <br />In order to facilitate that Mid - Point Progress Report, we are asking that the enclosed <br />performance report be completed and returned to us. Please refer to your copy of the <br />above numbered grant, particularly noting Attachment A -- Grantee's Work Plan and <br />Budget, for the specific activities you proposed to accomplish with the grant funds. <br />Note that the enclosed form is a generalized summary of all of the possible elements a <br />comprehensive plan might include. If some of the elements listed on the form are not <br />part of the workplan of Ramsey, please mark that item "N.A." Please provide the <br />information on estimated costs allocated to the items and local source for funds. <br />If you have already submitted your comprehensive plan update, please use this form as <br />your "Final Progress Report" and include actual costs rather than estimated costs. <br />Finally, as you have a better understanding of the remaining work, we would like an <br />updated estimated completion date, including notification sent to neighboring <br />jurisdictions and school districts, and an estimated date when the plan will be submitted <br />to the Council.
