Each small group ranked the relative <br />importance of each characteristic. Because the characteristics were identified during the <br />previous exercises and in meetings prior to the visioning session, some characteristics <br />added to the chart are redundant. The asterisks in parenthesis indicate a ranking that fell <br />on the line between two categories.
