Your insights were tremendously valuable to <br />me in resolving some ofthe critical issues that face the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Even though the work of the Focus Group is complete, I would appreciate any comments you <br />may be able to offer regarding the minutes of the Focus Group Meeting #4 and the attached <br />memorandum which represents the conclusions of the focus group process. These will be placed <br />on the January 13, 1998 City Council Agenda and I would like to incorporate your thinking prior <br />to that meeting. <br /> <br />Also, I would appreciate it if you could be in attendance at the January 13 meeting. That, then, <br />will represent the completion ofthe Focus Group's work. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or comments about the enclosures, please either fax me your <br />suggestions or call.
