It was an
interesting mix of people and it appears that the discussions were very productive. It
would have been a pleasure to take part in the meetings myself.

I noticed when you were giving your report to the city council that there was one issue,
Issue number 5 under Issue Resolution, that you and the focus group had a difficult
time discussing. This issue was regarding Individual Property Rights. As someone
who has worked as a Realtor, I have some specific information relating to this issue
that may provide you with some insight.

Attached are two documents that were taken from the text I was required to study from
before taking and passing the Real Estate licensing Exam. I have transferred the text
as it appears in the publication into my word processor so that I may forward it to you
for your review. I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any questions or would enjoy further conversation regarding this
information please call me at 422-8117.

Sincerely,

~

Ellen Stanley
Ramsey Resident

cc: Ramsey City Council
Ramsey City Staff
