On September 18, nearly 100 people attended a public meeting at Ramsey <br />Elementary School to discuss with a consultant their "vision" of what they would like <br />Ramsey to be in the future. A summary describing the results of the meeting is enclosed. <br /> <br />In October the process continues with four meetings to gather input from particular <br />groups in the City: urban residents, rural residents, and business people. You have been <br />identified as a resident ofthe rural area.
