LOL owns contiguous parcels comprising approximately 42 acres,
as depicted on the hereto attached exhibit. At the present time, the campus houses our
church building proper, including sanctuary, office and meeting space, classrooms,
kitchen and fellowship hall. The campus also includes parking, two modular buildings
used as classrooms, a columbarium, two single family dwellings with outbuildings, and
an outdoor area for private meditation/recreation.

Our present' plans are to continute to use this entire area for religious institutional
purposes, which may include the following specific uses:

1. Expanded main church buildings, including gymnasium, social hall, classrooms,
sanctuary, and office and meeting space, including all necessary parking;

2. Multiple family housing targeted for senior citizens. This would require a potential
density of 15 units per acre in the area which is finally designated for this use. We would
not anticipate in excess of75 dwelling units for this usage.

3. In-ground cemetery, above ground mausoleum and expansion of columbarium facility;

4. Funeral home to be operated in conjunction with the cemetery and columbarium;

5. Expanded recreational facilities, such as trails or ball fields;

6. Residential facilities for staff; this may be a continuation of the usage of the present
single family homes on the campus, or could conceivably be dormitory or cottage-type
residences;

7. Other uses, not yet identified, which will serve to promote our mission statement.
