This part of the city is largely developed but a few remnants of rural zoning <br />remain interspersed with residential lots of 2.5 acres and smaller. Making the zoning in this area <br />uniformly at2.5 acre minimum lot size will permit orderly development of the remaining land <br />without adverse impacts on the ample green space already set aside in local parks and lowlands. <br /> <br />I commend the City for it's efforts to preserve the benefits it's residents value the most. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Ronald M.
